Best dentist ever specially for dental phobic people. Caring staff, professional and courteous.

I've been visiting Dr. Levy's office for years. I've had a total of 5 root canals now, and I've never felt a thing for any of them. The title "The painless dentist" is well deserved. I highly reccomend to anyone.

I go to Uri Levy dentist because like most people I'm scared of getting dental work done. His dentistry is really for cowards looking to get pain-free oral care. His dental office is professional and clean and his staff are always pleasant and helpful if needed.

Dr. Levy and his entire staff could not have been more accomadating when I had a dental emergency. I was in the office being treated by Dr. Levy an hour after I called. Professional and friendly is the best way to describe my first time visit.

Monica at the front desk is by far the nicest receptionist I’ve ever dealt with in a dentists office. She is so kind and listens and seemed really invested in helping me figure out my insurance options. Highly recommend this place.

Dr Levy and his team are consummate professionals. He is a skilled dentist who displays a high level of compassion toward his patients and cares deeply about reducing the regular anxieties that are usually associated with visits to the dentist. In each of his lab rooms is a sign, “we cater to cowards.” As his patient for 25 plus years I have undergone several dental procedures with minimal to no discomfort during the processes, I know first hand that he is an exceptional dentist. I recommend him highly.

I'm not sure how often these are read but it would be helpful if the patient is communicated with when appointments are delayed. An apology goes a long way, as everyone's time is valuable. Otherwise, I'm perfectly pleased with the services. Thank you.

I was able to book an appointment less than 24 hours before. Let me tell you - I have had a lot of dental trauma and it had been over 7 years since I had been to a dentist. I walked in and was greeted be the WARMEST front desk staff. WOW. Then, Silvana, my dental hygienist - I have no words. I shared with her my fears and shame around my teeth and she literally held my hand and said "let's do this together." She kept assuring me that I was doing great and that I am not alone in my journey towards healthier teeth and gums. As a Broadway performer who is often in and out of insurance, Dr. Levy was SO understanding and gave me a plan to tackle the immediate things, the not so immediate things, and things we can hold off for (when I win the lottery hehe). Five stars to the entire staff - especially the front desk woman ( I can remember her name!) and SILVANA. If you have fears about the dentist - this is THE place for you.

Fantastic cleaning yesterday. My hygienist did such a thorough job cleaning my teeth and removing coffee stains. My teeth look like new!!! Only complaint is that I had to wait 30 minutes to be seen. Highly recommend.

My first visit to Dr. Levy Dental Arts was AMAZING! My dental hygienist, Tracey, was so nice, gentle, and explained everything well. Dr Levy himself is very sweet and understanding, I would recommend this place to anyone!

Excellent in every way

The conditions of my visit were less than ideal having cracked my tooth the night before. Dr. Shapiro got me in on short notice and went out of her way to resolve the issue, fitting an emergency root canal between an already busy schedule. She checked multiple times throughout the procedure to ensure I was comfortable. Overall I wouldn’t recommend a root canal, but the excellent service made it bearable.

Very attentive, personal practice. Everyone is always welcoming. Dr. Levy is great. He is frank and thorough in explaining choices and possible outcomes. I have a cleaning 4x a year with Christy and would never have agreed to such a schedule (even though I need it), if it weren't one that was truly painless. The comfort of patients is clearly a high priority in this practice.

Such a positive dental experience! From working with the front desk to coordinate my appointment, to the friendly and detailed dental hygienists and of course the fantastic Dr. Shapiro. I felt my needs were both heard and met. Would certainly recommend!

Everyone was absolutely wonderful-- the staff working the front desk, the RDAs, and of course Dr. Levy himself!! Each person that assisted me today did their utmost to ensure I was comfortable through every stage of the work I had done. Everything went smoothly and painlessly, and was by far the best experience I've had with any dentist!! When all was said and done and I'd made my follow-up appointment, Dr. Levy saw me out with a warm welcome as a new patient and wished me well until my next visit!

Awesome from start to finish. My bday twin took care of the scheduling and squeezed me in because I had pain in one of my teeth. The rest of the staff took care of the rest. I took my 6 year old because I had no choice and they accommodated me. Super friendly! Very thorough cleaning. Gentle gum friendly x rays. I’m so happy my friend recommended this practice. Parking is a challenge, but there is a 50% discount at a parking garage in the back of the building.

I love everything about Dr. Levy's practice! Everyone in his office is friendly and courteous, and I've never been kept waiting for longer than five minutes. The receptionists are lovely - so organized, calm and cheerful - and the woman who cleans my teeth is thorough, efficient and gentle with all the tools that can make me clench up in trepidation. She makes sure to create an appointment for next time, and Dr. Levy checks me over personally with each cleaning and makes note of anything that may become a problem in the future. The artwork, cartoons and cute signs that they specialize in those who are fearful of the dentist chair are adorable, and I even love the classic rock piped in while you're getting your cleaning. Overall, it's such a pleasure to have found an office like this where they clearly love what they do and put effort into the little things for a stress-free experience. Highly recommend!

I've been going to Dr. Levy since he took over the space/practice from the prior dentist - it's between 10 and 15 years ago, I can't remember. He is truly caring and thoughtful about the work he does. He is not aggressive in treatment: even though he warned me about possibly needing a root canal (which made me nervous that it meant I would need one), when he looked in, he said I didn't. I have heard of dentists who are more aggressive/ excessive with treatment, but Dr. Levy is not one of them. From many years of experience with him, he has been very conservative and honest about all of the necessary treatments. Both my husband and I are big fans of the whole practice. The hygienists, dental assistants, and staff have all been really caring and wonderful.

I've been going to Dr. Levy's practice for about 5 years - pandemic notwithstanding - and they're a real joy to work with. I had a small chip in one of my right molars & instead of suggesting a more costly option, Dr. Levy just smoothed out the chip & said "If you need more done down the line, we'll figure it out then. This is the easiest thing to do for now." Pure, simple, honest! 'Nuff said...nothing keeps me coming back more than honesty.

I was able to get an X-ray and cleaning appointment easily and the staff helped make the check-in process quick. I had a a short wait after filling out the new visit paperwork and once I was in the room the dental hygienist Silvana was so knowledgeable, positive, kind, and helpful that the appointment went by quickly and painlessly. I will definitely be returning to Dr. Levy’s office!

I have been a patient of Dr. Levy for 7 yrs. The staff is friendly. I am satisfied with the way he put in my front top crowns. He's understanding and patient with patients who are fearful of the dentist. I also feel confident with hygienist, Christine. I know she will do a great job and make me feel calm. She is kind.

Dr Levy and Staff are excellent. They run on time, are super helpful with reminders, have a very clean and organized office and are all very sensitive to the fact that his patients are just that, “patients”. They handle everything with soft hands and extra care. Don’t hesitate to book your appointment!

Always hate going to the dentist, but somehow the entire practice makes it more than bearable, even fun and enjoyable at times thanks to the laid back staff who really get to know you personally. They also go to bat for you when insurance creates issues, and I appreciate them for that!
